Delivery Information

As we are only a small business, we will only deliver within Ipswich and some areas in West Brisbane including (but not limited to) Karana Downs, Mt Crosby, Bellbowrie, Brookfield, Anstead, Chapel Hill and Kenmore. All deliveries will cost an extra $15 on top of the price of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Given the delicate nature of Flowers, we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds as a result of damages, wilting or anything that happens to the flowers once they are in your care. If you are not happy with the product when it is delivered to you, please let us know and we will make minor changes free of charge.
